Keys to choosing the furniture for your restaurant

If you have doubts when choosing the furniture for your restaurant, you have come to the right website: Maquinaria de Hostelería.net. Today we will dedicate our time and attention to gathering some of the most important keys to choosing the furniture for your restaurant, bar, cafeteria, pizzeria, churreria ... Furniture for the catering sector that has to be comfortable, adapted to the design of your premises and, of course, excellent value for money. Shall we start?

Key 1 to choose the furniture for your restaurant: the lists

In other articles on our blog we have already talked about the importance of pencil and paper when managing a hotel and restaurant business; the importance of sitting down to think about what exactly we need, what is the minimum and maximum budget that we are going to invest and express it with pencil, paper or computer in the form of lists.

The case that concerns us today is no exception, quite the opposite: choosing the furniture for your restaurant is an important decision not only from the point of view of the initial cost of each table or chair that you are going to buy but also from other points of view:

The quality of the materials will largely determine their useful life and, thus, their economic profitability.

The comfort of hospitality furniture in bd for your employees and for your customers, the two large groups of users to whom the next furniture for your restaurant, bar, or cafeteria will be destined.

Respect for the corporate image, colors, and style that you want to print for your catering business.

Thus, the first key that we can give you to help you choose the furniture for your restaurant is as old as it is simple: make a list of the furniture you need, a list that includes notes on the location of that furniture (kitchen, office, warehouse, bar, living room, toilets ...), manufacturing materials (stainless steel, wood, plastic ...), range of colors, style (rustic, modern ...), etc.

Key 2: identify work furniture

When we think of the words " restaurant furniture " most of us imagine the typical tables and chairs on the outdoor terrace, the restaurant tables, the bar stools ... Of course, these are some of the furniture you will need to purchase before opening your new bar or restaurant, but they are not the only ones. There are other pieces of furniture that are as or more important than the previous ones: work furniture.

There is enough work furniture that you will need so that the kitchen, living room and bar staff of your restaurant can do their work quickly, efficiently and professionally, but today there is so much to choose from that we can get confused and not invest correctly. Thus, the second key to choosing the furniture for your restaurant is to make a small map of the interior of your business and to mark the areas that you will need to furnish in different colors. Once you have identified these "hot" areas, it will be much easier for you to know what furniture you will need to purchase to equip each of them.

Key 3: the important value for money

" Cheap is expensive ." Does this saying sound familiar to you? It is an old saying of the so-called popular culture that, as almost always, is absolutely right in the world. Of course, the maximum limit of your budget will be set by your personal and professional circumstances, but let us give you a little advice: it is better that you buy only the basic restoration furniture at the beginning and that little by little you expand it as you go. growing your business. What is that basic furniture for most restaurants? It depends on the case, but the following list could serve 90% of catering businesses:

4 more tips before choosing the furniture for your restaurant:

1. Take all the time you need, remember that rushing is bad advice and that it is better to open your store one day later than expected to make hasty decisions wasting your money.

2. Slowly analyze your actual needs today, not the needs you are supposed to have in one, ten, or twenty years.

3. If you are not clear about the basic furniture that your restaurant, bar, or cafeteria needs, ask the experts.

4. Before buying your furniture, visit the " Outlet " section of the companies that sell the equipment that your restaurant really needs.

The keys to choosing pet-proof furniture

Living with a pet has great benefits: they improve empathy, reduce stress levels, and help us stay more active. But the advantages are reduced when we focus on its relationship with decoration. Keeping the house impeccable has never been more complicated than when cats and dogs also live in it. Not counting the signatures that both usually leave on the furniture in bd in the form of scratches with their claws and teeth, or as a hairy trail.

What bothers Spaniards who live with animals the most are the hairs that are distributed around the home (76%), followed by smells (36%) and mud and dirt stains (30%), as indicated a survey conducted by the online design and renovation platform Houzz.

The most suitable furniture and fabrics

In fact, the study indicates that 28% of owners have carried out some reform to adapt the environment to their pets in the last two years. 36% consisted of the redistribution of some space, 26% in making some type of improvement in the walls, and 25% in the creation of specific areas for their pets.

Another piece of information that confirms that animals leave their mark on the home. But there are fabrics and furniture that better resist its impact. Choosing materials well and seeking a balance between aesthetics and practicality are the keys to a happy coexistence.

Outdoor furniture (for interiors)

If your outdoor furniture can withstand the elements, your pets will survive too. The idea may sound crazy, but furniture designed for outdoor use is the best solution to facilitate coexistence within the home. Its fabrics integrate waterproof and stain and odor repellent properties, proof of any trace that animals want to leave on them.

Likewise, their structures are usually stronger against teeth and nails. The mood acacia, for example, applied in ship structures and is one of the most resistant to the like teak. The rattan, bamboo, and rattan are versatile and adapt both inside and outside the home.

The sofa, made of leather

Although fur is not one of the first materials to jump to the head when you think of animals, its resistance is surprising. If pets tend to get on the couch, leather (or its synthetic alternative ) is a great option because it doesn't trap hair. "It only needs to be vacuumed and use a commercial cleaner to keep it flexible," they recommend from the specialized portal The Spruce.

However, if pets tend to scratch the fabrics, it is better to avoid them, as they can leave visible scratches, and even small holes.

Microfiber resists everything

Another option is to choose microfiber sofas. Its advantages include that it does not break, or scratch, and it is easy to get rid of the fur left by cats and dogs with a simple shake or a brush. " Synthetic fabrics work well because they can be washed at a higher temperature, an important factor in terms of disinfection and cleaning, " says Houzz member decorator David González. In addition, this type of fabric does not retain odors.

Color counts

The first rule to get the color gamut right is that the home palette is assimilated to that of our pet, at least in those pieces in which it can or usually fits. As it is inevitable that they shed hair wherever they go (even if they are brushed frequently), the impact that a white cat can have on a dark gray sofa is enormous compared to that it will have on a beige one.

And if what we are thinking about is stains –another classic on surfaces cohabited by animals–, the rule is that very dark or very light colors should be avoided. "The ranges of toasted a little raised in tone, without reaching brown, are more and more frequent because they combine easily (also with the color of the animals) and are suffered by stains", comments González.

No silk, wool fabrics, or velvet

In order not to get upset, there are fibers that it is better to have as far away from pets as possible and that, therefore, it is better not to choose to decorate our home if we live with them. “ Silk stains and breaks easily is difficult to clean and does not resist moisture well; it is also expensive ”, exemplified from The Spruce. They seem more than enough reasons to keep upholstery with this fabric out of the reach of pets.

The tweed (wool fabric English) is not suitable for our furry companions. "Although it resists washing well, removing hair is a nightmare, because it is trapped in the uneven surface," add the experts consulted.

Textured materials and prints hide traces of dirt and hair

Velvet doesn't work either. Although it does not have the problem of hair being trapped, any stain can cause irreversible damage to its fibers since they are easily deformed when trying to clean them, leaving a mark.

On the other hand, the denser the fabrics, the better their performance with pets. “Claws are less likely to cause damage to them. In addition, the hair is easier to remove in a thick fabric than in a fabric with a looser weave ”, they assure from The Spruce. On the other hand, those textured or patterned materials hide any traces of dirt or hair shed by pets, a feature that is very useful to keep upholstery “decent” until they can be thoroughly cleaned.

Strategies to generate leads for B2B companies

The best strategies to generate leads for companies are those that generate high-quality leads and that allows them to convert these leads into sales. We are interested in volume but above all in the quality of the leads. As lead quality I mean that the contact information obtained is from a person who meets the requirements of our ideal client profile (buyer persona): that is, has the position we want (eg financial director), work in a company of the desired size (eg 200 workers), etc.

That said, as strategies to generate business loan leads for B2B companies, I would highlight Inbound Marketing strategies, strategies for attracting leads through the use of Pay Per Click Advertising (PPC), Outbound Marketing, and a relatively new strategy called Account-Based Marketing (ABM). In this article, I explain what each of these strategies consists of, the advantages and disadvantages, and how we can combine them to get the most out of it when it comes to getting quality leads for your company.

Strategies to generate leads

There are several strategies to generate leads for companies, I would dare to say that as many as your imagination. Now, the purpose of getting business loan leads for a company is usually to start a sales process, either in the short, medium, or long term, and ultimately to get sales. Therefore, we can invent many ways to get leads but in the end, we will evaluate the strategy based on whether it generates quality leads that at the same time generate sales. The main strategies from my point of view to generate leads are:

Inbound Marketing Strategies

Inbound Marketing + Pay Per Click (PPC) Advertising

Outbound Marketing Strategies

Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Strategies

Below I explain what each of these techniques consists of to generate quality leads.

1. Inbound Marketing Strategy

The Inbound Marketing strategy consists of generating a series of content that captures the interest of our target audience, such as ebooks, webinars, blog articles, etc. It is about putting ourselves in the shoes of our target (for example, imagine that our target is the financial director of a large company) and thinking, if I were him, what kind of content would I like to read related to the world of finance?

A possible focus of interest could be everything related to "FinTech" (from English, Finance, and Technology). In this sense, we can produce content on different topics and measure what works the most to generate leads. Notice that in this strategy, the nucleus based on which everything orbits is our ideal client ( buyer persona ). And in this senseInbound Marketing to capture leads is one of the most effective strategies that exist, not because it is magic, but because we give the user exactly what they are interested in.

Inbound Marketing case study

Imagine that our buyer persona (in our example, the CFO of a large company) performs a Google search related to "Fintech", a search like this: "How to improve the efficiency of finance with Fintech". And now suppose that an article from our blog related to this topic appears in the first search results. The user clicks on this result, accesses our blog article, starts reading, and spends 5 minutes reading it (let's assume that the article addresses their question and is well written). So far, note that it is being an attraction marketing, the user is attracted by something we offer as if our content acts like a magnet.

At the end of the article imagine that there is a section in which the user is invited to download an ebook related to finance (eg "Fintech - Guide to improve finances with technology"). The user is very likely to be tempted to get this guide. First, because you are interested in the subject, and second because you have just spent several minutes reading our article and have given us a certain "credit" for your confidence.

Let's suppose that the user decides to take the plunge and downloads this ebook this case, you will click on the "download ebook" button and you will find a form that asks you to enter your email and some contact information: for example, your email, name and surname, position and company (the number of fields that are requested varies a lot according to the company, the MCA leads capture tactic, etc.). Imagine that the user fills in the form. Then he gets the ebook and in return, we have obtained his contact details, et volià ! we have achieved the first lead!

Turn off the camera, leave it for a while, and turn it on again

Check if there is anything obstructing the lens.

Check if the lens is not out of place.

Try another lens on your Canon camera.

Gently wipe the contact of your lens with a soft, dry cloth.

10. Canon error 04

1) Description:

Images cannot be saved because the memory card is full.

2) Causes of Canon Error:

This simply happens when your camera cannot save images or videos because the memory card is full.

3) DIY Solutions (DIY / Do It Yourself) for Canon Error:

Free up some space on your memory card

Replace memory card

Having outlined some common canon error codes with their solutions, readers should keep in mind that all suggested DIY solutions (turning the camera off to take the battery out for a bit before turning it back on) should be your first attempt. It tends to solve most of the problems.

What are coins and tokens? Distinguish between coin and token

The article was written By Mickael Mosse – Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Expert

The concept of Currency and Token is often used as two synonyms, many people consider that these two words are interchangeable. However, the reality is completely different, these are two different concepts. Why are coins and tokens confusing and what are the important differences between them? Let's identify (btw) Bitcoin and Token with Bitcoin Vietnam News.

In the rapid development of the cryptocurrency market, more and more coins are being issued, leading these terms to misunderstandings and abusive use. All coins and tokens are known as cryptocurrencies, although many of them do not circulate as coins and their purpose is not to replace coins.

By definition, the currency is a medium of exchange, unit, or store of value. Bitcoin has all these characteristics, which is why the cryptocurrency's name seems reasonable. However, Coin and Token were created in a series after that, as Bitcoin became more popular, according to inertia, many people used to call all cryptocurrencies, although their characteristics did not meet all the criteria. . So, btw Coin and Token - two different types of units created on a crypto platform known as electronic money. This fact will be misleading for new people when they learn about Crypto.

What is a coin?

Mickael Mosse
Mickael Mosse Crypto Advisor

According to Mickael MosseThe currency (commonly known as Altcoin or replaced by the name Cryptocurrency Coin) is a form of digital money, created by encryption technology, that stores value over time.

Basically, the currency is equivalent to the currency. Bitcoin (btw) is an excellent example, Bitcoin (btw) is based on public and distributed Blockchain technology with a shared ledger, in which all transactions are made transparent. The data is shared and shared among the participants in the Blockchain network.

Blockchain guarantees transparency and minimizes fraud. A number of other currencies are also created based on the same protocol as Bitcoin, including Litecoin, Namecoin, and other currencies that operate on the Blockchain platform and create their own unique features such as Ripple, Monero.

Coins have similar characteristics to btw coins: they can be classified, divisible, accepted, portable, sustainable, and have a finite supply. Most of the Crypto market participants think that future cryptocurrencies will replace currencies.

Mickael Mosse Blockchain Advisor

Main features of the coin:

They are built on open-source Blockchain - anyone can join their network.

They can be sent, received, and Mining

The currency has no other function than the monetary function

What is a token?

According to Mickael MosseTokens are digital assets issued by projects, which can be used as a payment method within the project ecosystem, performing the same functions as Coin, but the main difference is it allows the holders of these tokens to participate in the network.

It demonstrates the function of digital assets, represents the capital of the company, allows access to the functions of the project, and more. For example, if you have a concert ticket, you can only go to the concert in a specific number of places, you cannot keep it but go to the circus or watch the comedy. The same tokens are used more in a given project.

Tokens represent a type of asset or a Utility (application), so Security and Utility are two different types of tokens. Security Token is designed to share company assets (DAO is similar, hacked right after launch, it's a form of security), while Utility Token has some cases to use inside. that project

What is the Utility token?

According to Mickael MosseThe Utility token is a utility token. Utility tokens are born to serve a project with specific objectives and characteristics. For example, the token for the Dock.io project has payment and voting functions; Binance's BNB token features a discount on transaction fees ...

What is the security token?

According to Mickael MosseSecurity Token, also known as a security token, is a form of electronic stock issued in the form of tokens. You will receive dividends based on the number of shares you own in that project. Security tokens also allow you to vote or participate in the decision of a number of project tasks.

Token creation is easier than Coin because you don't have to create new codes or change existing codes - you just need to use standard platform templates like ETH, trust Blockchain, and allow anyone to Generate a new token in just a few steps. Using the same platform to create tokens provides seamless interoperability so that users can store all different types of tokens in the same wallet. ETH is the first platform to simplify token creation.

Distinguish between coin and token

By referring to the price and information of virtual currencies on the CoinMarketCap website, you can also see that CMC has a clear identification of whether it is a Token or a Coin. So what is the difference between tokens and coins?

According to the definition of Coin Market Cap

Coins are virtual currencies that can be traded individually.

Tokens are virtual currencies that must be based on another virtual currency to work. For example, Ethereum, NEO, NXT platforms can be used to build tokens.

In terms of features:

Coins are created for use as currency, a store of value, and for commerce.

Tokens have a broader purpose (of course they can also be used for payment). Tokens can be the fuel for an operational network (GAS) or a unit of exchange in an application (CMT).

Mickael Mosse Blockchain Advisor

Technically:

Mickael Mosse points out that, A coin must be developed with a separate storage wallet. Transaction fees will be deducted directly from that currency.

The tokens can store the same wallet developed specifically for the original platform. Transaction fees are charged according to the original platform (Ether or GAS).

You can see the following comparison table to make it easier to distinguish:

Coin Symbolic

The platform Own platform Depends on the currency platform

Characteristic Store value Utility

Wallet Own portfolio Share wallet with currency

Where to buy tokens?

Tokens are coins issued by ICOs, so you can buy them directly from the collective or public sale of those ICO projects.

If the token has passed public offerings, you have to wait for the token to appear on exchanges like Binance, Kucoin, Bittrex, COSS to buy.

Also, some tokens will be decentralized exchanges like Kyber Network, Bancor, EtherDelta. You can buy tokens directly from these exchanges and store them in wallets.

Mickael Mosse Blockchain Advisor

Token storage in which wallet?

Mickael Mosse points out that, To determine which tokens are stored in which wallet, you must determine which blockchain the token works on.

Ethereum Token: stored in the Ethereum wallet as MyEtherWallet, MetaMask, Eidoo, ImToken ...

NEO Token: store on the NeoTracker wallet.

Star Token - Stored in Stratis Wallet.

In the same way for other platforms such as Waves, QTUM, NEM ...

summarizing

Currency is just one payment method, while Token can represent the company's equity stake, providing access to products or services with many different functions. Coins are considered as currency, so you can use them to buy and sell everything. You can buy tokens with coins, but no. The coin operates independently, while the token has a specific purpose in the project's ecosystem.

How to Buy a Perfume Online

Some products are easy to buy online - perfume is not often one of them. Here's how to choose your next signature scent without even smelling it.

REFERENCE YOUR EXISTING PERFUME Take

inspiration from the fragrance you already wear. What are the characteristics of its notes or to which group of perfumes does it belong? You might find that you have a penchant for floral scents, in which case you should probably stick with this group. If you're unsure of the notes in your existing fragrance portfolio.

OK, so you'll never have the same opinion as the rest of the online community, but reading the reviews can help you get to grips with the scent. If many people say that a scent is "too strong" and you like lighter aromas, then probably this is not a scent for you. Blogs can be a good source

KNOW WHAT YOU LIKE

Be sure you like what you like best: cologne, eau de toilette or eau de parfum. An eau de cologne does not last long, but it is ideal for instant refreshment, while eau de toilette is the most common type of perfume, which normally lasts for several hours. If you like stronger or longer lasting scents then you should opt for an eau de parfum. Be sure what you prefer before clicking " Buy ".

If you like to buy Perfume Online in Bangladesh you may visit this Beauty & Health Products price In Bangladesh this site is trusted and well known in Bangladesh

PERFECT THE VOCABULARY OF YOUR PERFUME

Get to know the descriptive words that are commonly used in the world of perfumes. If the scent is described as "intense", "seductive" and "enveloping", then it is likely to be a woody or an oriental, suitable for evenings or to leave an impact. But, if it "bursts" or "sparkles" then it is probably a feminine, floral or fruit-based scent.

EXAMINE THE PACKAGING

The packaging of the perfume channels the theme and the smell of the scent inside. A box and a golden bottle suggests an evening outfit and an opulent scent. The pale blue and green packaging implies nature and freshness (think summer and daily clothes), while the pink bottles are likely to be feminine and made up of floral notes.

OBSERVE YOUR NOSE

Perfumers (or Noses) tend to have their own style, so take a look at their fragrance portfolio - let's call it their CV - and see if you are familiar with any of their creations. If you liked one of them, you're likely to like another.

DON'T LATER ON PRICING

Just because a perfume is expensive, doesn't mean it's the best. Look for other quality signals, not just the price tag.
